Cá na serra is located in Melides, Vila de Grândola, spanning approximately 2,6 hectares of grassland with cork oaks, pines and olive trees. It is built around a previous settlement, which has now become the center-point of the house. The plot is characterized by a sloping terrain that descends from the road on the North and rises to a ridge on the South.

The property consists of 3 seperate buildings.

Main House  The main house has a living area with kitchen to prepare meals, a long wooden dining table and relaxing seating to contemplate the view. The house has a relax room (Terra) with daybed, one bedroom (Céu) and a separate bathroom with bathtub.

Guest house  The adjacent guest house has two connected bedrooms (Fogo and Madeira) and another small bathroom.

Garage and laundry are situated in a third building. On the rooftop you will find a terrace with panoramic view over the house and surroundings.

To enjoy the hot summer days, Cá na serra has a swimming pool that faces the lush greens of the garden and a beautiful sunset over the Serra de Melides.
